I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting women’s health and mental health. My practice focuses on pregnancy and postpartum care, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, and the challenges of menopause. I strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to help women find clarity, healing, and resilience during times of change. As Co-Director of WNY Postpartum Connection I work to improve access to specialized maternal mental health care in our community. I co-facilitate a peer consultation group through Postpartum Support International and provide private consultation/mentorship for therapists beginning their journey into the field of women's mental health.
